Certainly is seamus. Though for me it all ended at the end of the newwaves and beginnin of the quattros the first hoover/candy collaboration. I have often wondered what would have superseeded the newwave if hoover were without candy..what techinical inovative machine would they have topped it with...or could i have got myself a newwave plus 8:P I hate how things turned out for companys like hoover, servis and hotpoint. I would expect the head office to stay at Merthyr for the time being. The Hoover washers will be made at the Candy factory in Italy. Tom. |
