Hey members, I hooked up my 1976 Frigidaire tonight she runs beautifully but timer won't advance. She has been sitting idle for 9 years. Any ideas and how much would a timer cost me. I have a 2005 Maytag tl which runs fine but want to run the Frigidaire for a while. the model is WCD THANKS MIKE

Mike,

Go into the archives for 2008 and take a look at the thread I posted No. 17089 about this issue. I had the same thing happen to me last year. Sounds like you just need to lube up the timer and get a new timer motor, and these are still available NOS. Email me if you have more questions.
