Ohh, that looks like one oof the very last of the HOH dryers before the Big Load dryers came out--those are definitely the "newer" style cycle dials too, not the white background ones of the original 06 series.

From my description point of view, the "older" had the "blue" lower-half of the panel and white-faced dial with blue characters. the "newer" had a morre "gold-appearing" bottom half of the control panel and a silver-faced dial with black & orange lettering. This newer style came out in 1974 or 1975 I THINK. For me personally, it was a bad contrast, compared to the "older" and I found it more difficult to read and was one of the reasons why I didn't buy a Maytag in April, 1978.
