Hiya Gary....

I thought that the 1852 was an almond bodyshelled beauty.
Thanks to your piccies, i have now had it confirmed and will update my spreadsheet.

1842 in White
1852 in Almond.

Word got to me about the 1852 last night.
Cant wait to see it in the flesh.

A replacement door bowl and hinge cover will be winging their way across to its custodian to be very soon.
she will shine and emit a Hotpoint roar again - with a bit of tinkering.

ta ta for now
Paul

ohhh p.s ..... nor can I wait to see your 3243H - a certain someone looked very happy admiring the old key, over the weekend.

Nice machine!

Thats a nice machine u got der. I hope the engineer i'm friends with can find me one of them but i'd say they are pretty scarce around Donegal, Ireland. :( I'm probably the youngest washing machine collector here. But i'm awaiting my 1st Hottie this summer.

Fantastic, yes, another vintage beauty saved and cherished as it should be.

If I could get my hands on more of these machines I would have hundreds.

Love to see photos of the inside when you get her up and running.

Lee

very advanced

for 1852 - I was thinking it would be made out of a barrel.
then looked at the pic and thought how stupid I am
