Well, since we're talking about Green laundry lately..... I saw the new Whirlpool>>> Maytag washers today. It's a direct drive with a traditional dual action agitator and stainless steel basket, the difference is the tub guard which has three spray flumes in the circle, placed in three directions. It uses 65% less energy, 49% less water and load sensing technology for better cleaning while still saving water and energy they claim. He He i saw the picture on the lid spraying the clothes with very little water in the tub. Could you imagine a direct drive in little water? Hmmm... I hope they reduced the speed lol. So have anybody seen or heard or maybe washed in one yet? The model number is MVWC6ESWW Maytag's Version..... Can someone get a link to it I'm still learning how to do it? Thanks. Darren k
