It's funny you should post this. I have been watching M*A*S*H lately on Hallmark and TVLand, and have been wondering how they did laundry in MASH units. I thought it would be to silly of a question to post on here so I haven't until now.

Those come up at surplus auctions quite often

Most sell for less than 200.00 Almost all the time they have never been used. I rememember at least 6 or them I have got notice of in the last 2 years and none had ever been used. some have a larger washer. Some have 2 washers with the extractor in the middle. Some are propane too. There have been some that are two trailers.. the washers on one and 2 or 3 dryers on the other. I think the unit on ebay sold about 3 mons. ago on Goverment Surplus Auctions for 100.00 I have seen them sell for as little as 25.oo Many of them are 480 or 550 V however

Two hundred for a set that probably cost the government thousands. Someone is doing alright for themselves.

I want one of those set ups! Think how we could travel around the country and do laundry and spread Automatic Laundry Doctrine to the masses.
