The '61 Kenmore I bought at St. Vincent's has some problems. The basket drive, for one, was locked up. I've got it free, and it will spin, but the thing sounds like a rattle trap! It sounds bad when idling, agitating, or spinning. I'm pretty sure the basket drive bearing is shot. Pretty sure the centerpost bearings are shot too. But, this will be a fun project this summer!
