Hi philip.

Yes there were matching dryers for both machines.

For the Servis 310 electronic, there was the Servis 210 slimline supa-dry....

Now, I am a bit rusty on Bendix machines and dont know for sure what model the 7128 is. Is there any chance of you posting a picture of your machine at all?

Assuming that it is from the brown facia, round chrome door series, then the matching dryer was the 7448 Autodryer de luxe.

cheers
paul

did your dryer have a multivent grill, where the powder drawer would be on the washing machine?

the bendix has one on/off button which is the only button and a door handle and is the same kind of style as the machine you posted, is it yours?

deffo not got a picture of the 7128! any picture possible? no worries if not.

re your servis dryer - sounds like its from the early 1980s series of machines, that came about in 1981/82ish.

had flat facias, rather than angled, and the colour of the facia was black rather than brown.

my grandma had the washing machne - model 320.

i think your dryer could have been mk220 supa-dry slimline - only a small picture of it and posted below.

ps. no - unfortunately the dryer on the right is not ours. it was on ebay, about 5 months or so ago, but was in london. were it to have been more local, then we would have bought it.

fingers crossed for another to surface one day.

cheers

My friend's parents had a matching Bendix set. I think it was a 7168 washing machine and the 7448 dryer. Used to love watching them go when I was around. Always thought it was cool that the dryer temperature dial would also open the door if you turned it anti clockwise past the off position.

Would kill for a set of them now!
