that is a beautiful machine. and i am not sure, but i think the back cover comes off to reveal the pully system and all that jazz. if im wrong then call me an idiot.......not kidding |

It broke when I squeezed the hose clamp....but its not a regular hose now what ???? :( |

is the end that goes into the tub.....its knotched.....the rest broke like glass but the other end was like a regular hose |

We need some more pics. The good news is, Westinghouse in that period used a lot of very standard dimensions and normal plumbing components. If push comes to shove, you can use a hi-temp epoxy to attach a brass hose-connector to the drum and then - carefully looping the new hose to cope with vibration - solve the problem. But a few more pics would help. Thanks By the way, be careful taking any side panels off. Westinghouse had this thing with anchoring thermostats and thinner wires to the struts spanning between the front and the rear of their slant-fronts. A nice surprise if you pull too hard...not. |

the bottom of the door has holes ansd lots of rust ....looks like the owner filled it by hand as there was no hook ups where it was and the fill valve was disconnected |
