Ok guys...i KNOW i didnt imagine this but can't find any trace of it anywhere.....

There was a tv ad in the UK in the late 80s, possibly early 90s, i know i was very young when it was on...but there was a guy in his kitchen, on the phone, and his washing machine was flooding, the water was almost up to his knees and the washer door burst open to spew out more water, he then made his way across the kitchen floor to the washer and closed it, whilst all the time talking on the phone.....

I cant remember what it was advertising but my gut instinct thinks it was BT due to the guy being on the phone the whole time though i'm not 100% sure.

Any help on this one? I know it's obscure but thought it was worth a shot
