I have decided to sell my Miele washing machine with great regret.
It is just coming to 2 years old - Purchased 20/07/2007 - 8 years Guarantee left
The best machine that I have ever owned.
Great condition, still works like the First day that I plugged it inn.
Selling due to: We need a larger machine.
I am a collector so I have some knowledge of washers - Therefore I have taken good care of my Machine.
I am looking at serious offers, as I did at the time spend over £1000 on this machine and still doe’s retail over £900.
If you are interested please contact me by replying to this thread or Email me at
Amar_42@hotmail.co.uk - 07515482831
Machine can be viewed and seen working just get in touch as I do want a quick sale.

In all honesty

You'll be very hard pushed to find a machine with a drum as big as your Miele or that will be able to wash as much. It may be rated for 6kg but that is the true capacity unlike these Hoover visions which claim to wash "8 or 9kg" but actually probably hold slightly less than the 6kg Mieles.

The drums only appear bigger becasue of the large opening and the wide but shallow drum.

Something to consider before giving up on the Miele :)

Hey
Your point has been taken on board lol
but there are 7 of us in our household - When it comes to washing bedding it is really a nightmare.

we have decided on the bosch logix 10KG.

Fair enough

I rekon the Bosch holds more like 8kg than 10 though, seems like the standard size american machine, those usually seem to be about 8kg.

Only thing I'll say is that we washed for a family of 6 for a while with the Ecologic and never had problems getting the washing done, mind you, I loved the fact we were doing about 2 loads a day :)

ha ha -

Again anouther reason is that we just dont have time to wash every day - and its drying the washing aswell.
at the moment the weather has been preety good so most things go out side but otherwise the dryer is usually going all night! & bills are way too high aswell.
I dont really want to sell the machine as it is great - have no faults with it what so ever but when buying the machine i should have relised then, i suppose.

Hi.
I have for sale a 2 year old matching LG 10 kg washing machine and dryer. They have been brilliant machines, but due to change of circumstances and they wont fit into my new house i've got to get rid of em.
Give me a holler if they of any interest to you (or anybody else for that matter)
Also have a lot of my collection for sale for same reason (listed on other forum)

Bjorn

Ah cool. I'm from Shipley but live in Bradford city centre - oposite centenary square. Always nice to meet a local. I might be interested in the Miele but I need to have a word with my flatmate first, if that's ok?
