On the Ipso website, they state they are semi-commercial machines

Can we call it rebadged?

Isn't this machine build by the alliance group and branded as a speedqueen in the US? Because Ipso is a belgian brand, I'm sure that this washer is not build overhere, so is it Ipso... certaintly NOT, is it Speed Queen,... i'm not sure...

What?? Ipso is now part of Alliance Laundry Systems? I thought Ipso had their own brand of machines.

From their history page:

2006
- Alliance Laundry Systems (ALS) acquires LSG's CLD

- Company name change: IPSO-LSG NV becomes Alliance International bvba

- IPSO launches sales offices in Spain (IPSO Spain SLU) and Norway (IPSO Norge AS)

askomiele, the real end of Speed Queen was when McGraw edison sold the laundry division. No disrepect to the new Speed Queen, give me a Solid tub, and a solenoid that goes "BANG" :-). Those old ones from the 70's are non existant around here.
