Hey Guys!

Need to rack your brains here....I have a Miele Distiction 3000,awesome machine, now, i knwow that you can "personalise" certain cycles using the 'hold the start button and water plus button and switching the machine on' trick, now i showed my Mum how this worked and she thought it was great, and has been playing with it ever since...

Only trouble is, since she's had a play about with it, the Dark Garments cycle is automatically set to "No Spin" which is no good, obviously. I wasn't aware that this was a programmable option and have no idea how to correct it...anyone have any ideas??

I have faith that you guys can help me out :-)

Also, just as a side-note...the recent threads featuring some UK and European washers are excellent!! Keep up the good work! I'm trying to contribute as and when i have something relevant.

Hello Pedro,
I might have the possibility to correct your issue but the name "distinction 3000" was never used here in Italy. You should have a model number, a W... just on the plate usually placed on the inside of the door. Could you let me know that model number or show a picture of the control panel? Perhaps I have something in my Miele literature that can useful to solve your problem.
Regards
Marco

Panic over! Turns out she'd switched on the Memory Function which remembers the settings to any cycle you've selected....All sorted now! :-)
