Hi Christine, you have been given a very good dryer, please note its from the seventies and may need checking for electrical saftey!! and yes you can still get parts for it!!! The holes at the rear are, the lower one with grill is the air intake, the middle one is the exhaust vent where the damp air exits after being blown through the clothes The rectangular plastic fitting (back middle)is where you need to attach a plastic flexi venting pipe, these are available universally from B&Q, alternatively please send me your details to the email ahown in my profile and I can order one through a spares supplier!!! The fluff filter is accessed by opening the door and pulling off the plate at the bag of the drum, there should be a fine mesh disc inside the cover that collects the fluff etc!!! this needs a quick clean after every drying session for best energy efficiency!!! Cheers, Mike |
