My Mum had a very similar Ariston machine although it had a brown facia and brown door with plastic "glass".Same style dispenser, dial and buttons....Not sure if it was two or three.
Was my mums first Auto, always had twintubs previously. Bought in 1986 but only lasted 2 years ( baring failiure). She may still have the instruction book, I will ask her.

Paul.

Margherita and Quadrifoglio

Hi Luke,
I remember old tv ads claiming "Margherita, the washer that works with woman hands". It played with the double meaning ("daisy" but even "Margareth")
These machines were nearly as nice as Zannies, anyway far better than Candy

The Quadrifoglio (4leaf-clover) was sold even badged as TELCOM, that's mostly a plastic moulding co. Oddly today this badge has been purchased by their cousin (antoniomerloni.it) and todays' Telcom washers look just like Servis, Eudora,Philco, Ardo, Equator, Nardi, EBD, Atlantic ...

Carlo
