Well...

Compare it to a modern dishwasher. For the 350 pricetag, you'd get a 'decent' model dishwasher, most likely all plastic and quite possibly noisier. Depending on the brand/model, it may or may not have a filter and the racking may or may not have a decent amount of coating to prevent rack rustout. You would, of course, get a new warranty which most likely would be only a year p/l.

I know I'll be burned at the stake by the diehard K/A guys for saying this, but I'd put this Maytag dishwasher up against quite a few of the K/A's (of it's time anyway and maybe even quite a few of the NEW models...). The price might be a bit high for someone who wants it for a collection, but for someone who might want a vintage daily driver, this could fit the bill nicely IMHO.

The one nice thing about this machine, when you compare it to the vintage KAs of its time, is its cavernous interior space.
