for my sears lady kenmore top loader roto rack dishwasher.

if anyone has an old one that works and they want to sell please contact me.

am in the process of restoring it now and have a new seal and pump impeller for it and just did some painting on the tub sump.

but big problem is that impeller bolt sheared off inside motor shaft and i cannot drill it out to re-tap it as i thought i could.

so am starting to search around to buy a used or new motor for it. i really wanna get this one goin again and add it to my other portables that i use on a regular basis. just love top loaders! this one especially is so fun with it's console lites and avacado green racks!

think i will call larry at modern parts in cleveland tomorrow but again, if anyone has one i will buy it from you.

thanks

I may have a new D&M motor. Do you have a part # I can cross it with?

it's a delco

motor, c2805a2, type sp, code n, 3450 rpm, 1/3 hp

i didn't realize it was a delco till i just looked for a model no. this should be an easy one to find.

i have 2 other dishwashers that use the same type d&m pump, one a kelvinator, one a sears roto rack front loader. i do know the motors from either of them will fit this machine, just hate to tear into them in order to get this one working.

thanks

If parts are this easy to find, then I would say these machines are set to out last anything on the current market. Recently, I unloaded a 2 year old GE portable, used only a few times. The buyer gave me some cash and another portable Kenmore, it was less than 5 years old and already shot. I took what ever parts out of that one I could use, namely the hose and coupler which will go into my Roto-Rack.

Speaking of parts: Can somebody clue me in on where to get a new, complete, NOS detergent cup??? I need one! No, really, I need one, bad! Please spare me the drugery of having to wade through cycles just to add the Cascade!
