Eddie, don't you have a small car or are you driving down a truck? BTW, still waiting for your itinerary. And I wonder what my wife would say if I went and got the Mobile Maid! LOL |

What other stuff are you looking to rid yourself of? Maybe it may be worth a drive down 95! |

When I decide on the trip, if I have room, I might be able to bring a machine or two for anyone wanting something from North to South. I can't guarantee if I'll have room coming back. My goal for the next year is to collect a Festival of Lights like Kevin's so you can see Cape Cod from the Space Station. I already have my Application into the Coast Guard to see if I would be a Hazard to Navigation |

I believe all the machines in the 50's were impeller machines.(GE that is). Either with the Bakelite Black Impeller or the Stainless Bow Tie. I'm not sure what year but I want to say this is one of the first machines GE made with a pump and Spray arm.I think they started the Spray Arm series in the mid 60's We bought new in 1966 a Mobile Maid with one of the first "Duo Lift Rack" series. Daily Loads, Pots and Pans, China Crystal and Rinse and Hold were the cycles. This one also had Silver Shower. Your machine has the 1958-60's upper rack but with the Spray arm design they switched to a Full Lower Rack. Attached is the pic of my 1958 mobile Maid. |
