i was the only bidder on this wonderful kitchenaid kd14 dishwasher and i bid 99 cents and won it!

now to figure out how to get it from philly! that makes 3 i have to somehow pick up, this one plus the g.e. mobile maid in rochester and that g.e. impeller machiner in virginia.

think i will take a bit of vacation time in december and rent a truck for a couple days and do a winter road trip. either that or jim the trucker will be busy with me! road trip sounds like more fun and will be way cheaper!

this machine looks awesome, love the control panel on this one, that door latch is so cool looking! and that timer knob on the bottom i always did love on those old kitchenaids.

this is my last one!

Yeah Right. ROFLMAO.
Hi Peter. Eddie here.
Wow !!! How many KitchenAids you have now ? What's the total on all the dishwashers you own ? If I was closer, I would bring my trailer and truck. We could probably hold 10-12. Everytime I see a machine i'd like I really have to think about it. My Landloards think it's cool but I don't want to push the envelope. Be well.

Sort of like RevvinKevin with lighted control machines.
I bet if you fired up all your dishwashers at once it would sound like a Sunami rolling through Ohio. LOL
Believe me if I had the room I'd be grabbing anything in sight on the NorthEast Coast. Eddie

Hey Pete, nice KD-14 you snagged there. Sounds like you're going to be busy making the rounds picking up your new machines. Guess you're going to have to add on or dig a basement for all your DW's and Rollermatics! I really enjoyed meeting you last week when you came up.

but i've wanted a kd-14 since i first started collecting. they look so classy and they were the last of that series before the hydrosweep came out on the 15.

i have 33 dishwashers now, 21 kitchenaids, 4 g.e.'s, 3 frigidaires, 2 kenmores, one maytag, i kelvinator, i modern maid impeller.

can't afford to add on to the house, my living space just gets a bit smaller with each one. i used to have the big bedroom for my room, now it's my appliance room. my living room used to have furniture, now it has 6 rollermatics, one dryer and a kenmore wringer. my kitchaen has 7 dishwashsrs, all working, my dining area has 3 dishwashers, working. my bathroom has a whirlpool portable shreadmore. and the small bedroom that i claim as mine has room for about 4 more, i have one frigidaire portable top loader in there now. so guess i don't have to stop quite yet.

tom, i enjoyed meeting you too and the tour of your house renovation. am planning on sending you an e mail, just haven't got to it yet, i'm bad at that sometimes.

what can i say, i have my found my passion and it is a definate addiction. oh well, i can think of worse addictions, i have had them! at least this one doesn't leave a nasty hangover in the morning!

I have a KDS-14 in the kitchen now and love it! It needs to be turned on right now, in fact.
