But I wondered if I should try to sand down the 'Rust Mountains' that have formed before applying the JB Weld. I figure this why that GE Plastisol stuff got discontinued... Also, what might be an appropriate coating for the bottom of a dishwasher tub? I was hoping to find something that would harmonize with the pink tub... |

Wishing you well on the restoration. I have one just like it with the same Textolite top Tom described. It is a gift from Hans and Donald. I keep it in the kitchen for back-up and have fun using it every now and again. And, Oh, is it noisy! It has a self-contained hurricane! |
