I saw old ads on Zenith washers and dryers. Did they build their own, or did another company build them. I created an earlier thread, but got no response. I think maybe the subject title didn't stand out enough. Does anybody know about them?

I think some of them were made by Apex, notice the service door on the left side of the washer. I could be wrong. alr2903

The washers were made by Beam at one point. The dryers were made by Apex who also made dryers for Speed Queen in the early years.

made in Duluth, MN. I'm thinking this is a circa 1948 model.
