Looks like a later model with the Franklin tranny.

Is the Franklin tranny the one where the tub indexes?

Yes it is...

The Franklin tranny has that famous (or to some, infamous) indexing tub. It was used by Kelvinator in the 60's, after they parted from AMC. Eaton's (Canada's now defunct department store chain) rebadged Kelvinators for their Viking line during that decade. WCI, now Elecrolux, uses that transmission in their top-loading washers (Frigidaire, White Westinghouse). That tranny is known to some as "The Pig", because of the "oinking" sound it makes during agitation.
