Here's something you don't see on eBay!

A built-in vintage Zanussi WDi9091, it look's like it came out with the dinosaurs, I mean the washcraft Zanussi's!

Thought it was from the Washcraft era - was a little doubt in my mind because of the power light looking abit like the design from the next set of machines (FL1012, FL812 etc), but the rest of it looks very Washcraft.

Think £150 is asking abit much, though some people may see what good condition it's in & pay £150, only to realise its age when they get it home, lol!

Hi FL1012

Apparantly it's not with the Z-Series machines (Z919,Z929 etc) it was actually released with the FL/WD series in the later 80's I think.

As for the price, to add insult to the injury, the item is faulty!

Hey Ultimafan

Ohhh right, that must be why it looks like abit of a crossover from the two designs then. I was abit curious of that power indicator (looking like an FL/WD design).

Faulty? At that price?! Christ, the seller must be on drugs.

Yep...

It is most definately a crossover FL1012. The power indicator and door are from the successive fl series. If you look at that door it looks like an almond fl series, not a bad idea for a colour for one considering the greys they were made in. As for the price, the seller will only get bids if they divide the starting bid price by 100!

My auntie and uncle bought this machine new in 1987 but my uncle worked for a builders merchants so I don't know if it was the current model or old stock. It was pretty much the same as the FL machines with the induction motors. Was an amazing machine! I think it is what started it all for me. It was the first integrated machine I ever seen. Sat behind an country pine kitchen door. 80s chic! Broke down after 10 years service and was replaced by a hotpoint 1200 deluxe. A WM 31 I think and then that broke down in 2004 and was replaced by a Zanussi Essential.

If it was not so far away and so expensive I would buy it in a heartbeat!

Following on from my previous post.....

.....my FL1012 was made in 1988, so 1987 for this integrated machine to have been bought by your Auntie & Uncle, Dubstar85, makes it all fit into place :)
