Does anyone have and or know the part number of this turquoise (straight 8-vane) agitator?

Yes, I've got it....

The part number on the bottom of the agitator reads 7387D69.

The mini-basket part number reads 963D609.

I don't see a part number on either the filter or fabric softener dispenser.

Hey Mike, is there any chance that is an extra mini basket, OR you might know where I can get one of those mini basket?? Next month I'm getting a GE V-16 set (same agitator) and it's missing the mini basket.

So yes, I looking for the same mini basket as pictured above!

Or does anyone have any suggestions on where I can acquire one??

Thanks!
Kevin

Try local thrift stores and any appliance-repair places in your area. It is amazing what you can turn up. I will poke my head into my local repair place here in Montreal some time this week and see if he has anything kicking around.

I have a couple of mini-baskets that will fit HEAVY DUTY 18'S that I would like to sell (and a couple that will fit later ex-large capacity Filter-flo's with spiral ramp activators). I don't have any that would fit a HEAVY DUTY 16(those are the smaller size that fit the V-14's and the V-16's) email if you want at: kjayvazian@comcast.net

AWESOME!!!

Thanks Mike, I appreciate it.
I know GE's spiral-ramp ACTIVATOR is great but, there is something about the "HEAVY DUTY 18" I love.

I remember in '77 peeping in my neighbor's GE washing a quilt blanket and saw the straight 8-vane for the first time. I loved it eversince.
Each back and forth stroke pulled the blanket downward and up continuosly. It was a BIG tub too because the water level setting was on medium.

I know I'm not the only fan of the (straight vane) Activator agitator in the club. Which is why I'm so puzzled there aren't any YouTube video's of the heavy duty 18's.

Oh come on Drew........ I did NOT say a single word about it! Are you feeling a little guilty perhaps for delivering an incomplete machine??? LOL

MNI-BASKET - correction!

I didn't realize there are two different straight vane agitators for the GE. It was brought to my attention that the V-16 I'll be getting (next month) actually has a 6 vane agitator, not the 8 vane shown above.

Thanks!

Dishwashercrazy

I didn't think to ask about earlier but, how tall is the HEAVY DUTY 18 and wide is the agitator base? The length starting from the AGITATOR CAP to the base and where the HIGH VANES begin to the base.

Sorry for the long delay.

The agitator itself is 17 inches tall. The Filter and Softner dispenser add one more inch - to be 18 inches tall.

AWESOME!!!

Thanks Mike, for taking the time to do this, I appreciate it very much.

I ask for these measurements to try and figure out and guess the length (DEEP) of GE's 18 lb washtub.
The measurement of the agitator base can help me figure out how wide (BIG) is the tub.

Probably should have put it here. Oh well, it'll all come out in the wash.

Mikey, what will title the GE '77 video? I hope it's nice and long.
