Has anyone here had bad service from FP? I have.I service their washers, dryers, gas ranges and dishwashers(dishdrawers). I have to call for parts and give them all the info needed. They in turn give me an order number and let me know aproximately how soon the parts are to arive.I wait patiently only to find out after waiting a few days after the estimated time given only to find out they have no record of the order that was placed!I have seperate files on my customers and always write down the info provided so that I have proof of what was said to me.When I call, they act like I never called them before.

Laundromat, i have never had any dealings with FP, but doing things on the net and creating a e-mail trail, will get them off their butts. Wal-mart and Dell had a case of amnesia, during trouble with this very desk top computer, After 2 weeks of "phone runaround with phone tree's", I splurged on a laptop, Things started happenin after i started relaying messages via e-mail between the 2 above mentioned. best of luck.

Thanks alr,I'll start right away.We (USA)allow these foreign manufacturers to market their faulty products giving bad service and wonder why our economy is in such termoil. That, however doesn't justify our American brands opening factories in foreign countries because they have no unions, pay their employees about 60% less and give no bennifits. Most of the calls I've made to Electrolux,GE,Whirlpool and LG were answered in either India,Korea,or Belgium. The sweat shop employees that answered were real difficult to understand and truly knew nothing other than what their computor would show them. They are not professionals that could even begin to comprehend the works of any major appliance.I had some questions regarding the actual consumption of energy (amps used)on a specific frigidaire front loading Afinity and the Jamacan? girl who answered was compltely unaware of what I wanted.that was because the data shown to her was not updated or she didn't know how to get the specific numbers I wanted.

I spoke to Dorothy in New Zealand's F&P main customer service center this morning and she apollogised assuring that I will receive the lid lock/switch overnight UPS tomorrow. She actualy was the most helpful individual I have had contact with. She took the info I had written down and tried every method in finding any type of info that may have been in the system with no luck. So, with aproval via supervisor's authorization, she took care of the problem. I wrote back to BBB and let them know what went on.I want to wish everyone here a joyous happy holiday!! I will be in Weipio Valley (YPO) and the surf is going to be a bit dangerous but, I like taking chances!! The waves are forcasted to reach 30+'!!!!!No rain in forcast just 30 mph tradewinds which means lots of sunshine!!!I'm waxing up as we speak!!Al is coming along and we might do sum diving too. That depends on the clarity of the water and we prefer going to Lapahoihoi because the sharks there are plentiful.last week,we went and a huge stingray (spotted) rubbed our sides!!
