I have a question I can't seem to get an answer of my own thought process and am stumped. I thought the Soak cycle on the Vari-cycle model pretty much took up the same space on the dial as the full cycle. So, does anyone know what the Soak cycle does during it's sequence that ends up adding 11 minutes to the total cycle time? And note the water usage is the same, 12 gallons

After spraying wash water at the dishes, the spraying stops and the wet dishes sit, thus the so called soak. Then the cycle resumes. |
