I have not touched the Unimatic for a couple of weeks. So, today I decided to figure stuff out. John(coldspot66) and I were visiting and had this water valve from a early Whirly or Kenmore. It looks pretty similar to the New/Old Valve I got from Modern Parts that leaks. I have not tested it yet to find out why it leaks. However the valve John gave me doesn't leak. So electrically do you Uni Guys think this will work ? |

Yep - as Robert said it should work fine. Electrically should work hot/warm, however the output flow may differ due to it being set-up originally for a WP. You'll know when it starts overflowing excessively before the washer starts pulsating. This can be corrected by throttling down the output with a ball valve between the water valve and the fill flume. Ben |
