Well, just put a second load on to wash ( min iron with water plus ) in my Miele W1613......when the drum turns clockwise the machine makes it's usual noise ie: you can hear a v faint motor noise and the clothes sloshing about. However on the anti-clockwise tumbles there is a very definate motor noise not unlike an older Hotpoint. Obviously I will get an engineer out but am feeling dissapointed as the machine is less than 18months old. Plus had a bitch of a day at work and missed the delivery of my ( new to me ) Kirby G3!!!!! What a flippin' day!!!!! I suppose the noise is "brush" related......on the plus side I should get a free update!!! |

Sorry you are having trouble. You will love your Kirby! I have been using a G4 for years and I will not have anything else. |
