What about them ? never read anything about them. The side by side pair looks quite funny. Looks like Paris Hilton's sunglasses *LOL*

Gosh! I've never seen something THAT ugly! Ahahaha, yes, the doors could pass for a pair of funky sunglasses!

These units are not that reliable. The repairs are many and the performance is so/so.The dryer is more dependable but has its own issues.

I saw these in Sear's when I was Washer shopping. My first impression was that it reminded me of a toliet seat. The next impression was how flimsey and plasticy they felt. I don't see much durability with the odd shaped doors.

Now I will say the silver, or champaign color give them the Alien look. Rather catchy. The dispense drawer for $699 extra is rather cool. You can store all your liquid detergents, bleach, and fabric softners, and the machine automatically dispenses the right amount. Some'thn tells me you's begging for a breakdown in the dispense department after a year or so, not to mention the gummy mess of the dried liquid detergents and softners.

remind me of a cough drop.

i was a store manager for sears... last year when we got them in i thought they looked like a vicks cough drop. same shape..

no interest from shoppers... samdung, lg, frigidaire, kenmores grabbed peoples attention. not this one... only got chuckles from customers...

What idiot..................................................

What highly paid idiot at GE thought that these machines were attractive, and that the general public would find them attractive as well?
