Hi Mark - the machine pictured is a Franklin machine (just like the Pig in Robert's video, his is later) this one just has a filter and dispenser on top of the agitator. They do look like the Philco agitators don't they?

From what I've been able to gather from service info and books from W.A., their machines were all Franklin/Beam until the later 60's/early 70's when they sourced laundry products from Norge.
