Would like to obtain an owners manual for Maytag model A482, series 2. Built Nov 1985. Maytag no longer has copies. Anyone know where to obtain manual for an "obsolete" machine

Ebay and Amazon...

 ...are probably your best bet. You could also check with Maytag dealers to see if they have any collecting dust on a shelf somewhere. Now that Maytag is part of Whirlpool it seems that most of the owner and service literature for the older units that was available even a couple of years ago is discontinued.

I am in the same boat trying to get manuals for my '61 Maytag A700 washer. I scored a couple of repair manuals off of Ebay and one from Amazon that aren't exactly what I wanted but have a lot of good information in them collectively. I'd like to find an ownwer's manual but that will be very hard for a machine as old as mine.
