This is a Simpson Minimatic from about 78 -79, 80 maybe.

My Grandmother had one of these but never used it as she kept using her twin tub!

It really is a cute little washing machine, its only 54 cm's wide or about 22". It was not a pulsator machine but rather a scaled down version of Simpsons full sized washer.
