Yesterday I picked them up. The rating plate tells me that they should spin at 2000 rpm. One of them, however, just doesn't come near that. After spinning at 800 in my AEG, it doesn't extract anything else.

Before I start taking it apart, are there any ideas what could be the problem? It does seem to go a little faster when it's empty.

Maybe worn brushes?
Keep in mind that 2000 rpm isn't that much for an extractor and current ones usually spin between 2800-3600 rpm
