Hi Brain the very last WP gas dryers to have a 30,000 BTU burner was the LDI9801 like the pair Kevin fixed for the couple in California. Kenmore never had a 30,000 BTU burner in thier dryers it was a high end WP feature only. The BD washer and dryer shown are very common around here we still recycle these every month let me know which ones you are interested in and we can save them for you.

Thanks, I would appreciate if you could save a few for me. I am looking to match my 1982-ish Whirlpool Supreme Washer that has the pink ring around the timer cycle dial. Did that year have the LDI9801 model? I would like the 30k btu dryer if possible either way.
I am a big fan of Whirlpool BD's in general, so if something comes your way, let me know. If you see any Imperial's come by as well with the chrome top surgilator and the faux wood-grain, that was the exact one my grandmother had that I am hard pressed to find. |
