Just got this new one (KUDS220T0) and can't figure out how to get the top rack out to replace it!

Tricky

From the side, use needle nose pliers to pinch clip together and pull up.

Ticky

Remove pin, do this on both sides, top rack will slide right out.

They did have a bad problem with the upper rack rails. The extending stainless steel tracks have a plastic cap on the front end. If you use a small screwdriver to carefully pry the top or bottom tab of each cap loose, you will find the solution to your puzzle.

Lift up the blue tab on top of the tip of the stainless steel rails. There will be a stainless steel pin. Pull it up and out. The plastic piece should come out and the rack should then come out. The KDI16 doesn't have the blue tab, just the pin, that's how I know. If you want, email me I can come over if you like.
