....Yes I do. Our Neptune washer finally bit the dust today and now we must buy new. This is the dilemma, what to purchase? Korey seems to like the "steam" idea, though I have no idea if it's good or not. I've heard that LG is a brand to avoid.

Any suggestions? and thank you!

LG is a great machine!

I have had two different ones. Their models with the rear controls and their full size all in one combination. All of them worked well and I sold lots of them during my 9 years with Home Depot. The two that were having issues were both not set up correctly and the customers were at fault, not L.G.

would be my second choice in fls. I am now using one (their top of the line with the built in booster that heats the water in the main wash up to 165F and has a final spin speed of 1100rpms!! I am using it to do my own as well as drop off laundry. It is a great machine and gets clothes real clean.

SQ is made in the next state east of you. Call three of the respected repair COs in your area and ask if they want to work on an LG or Bosch OR even a Miele etc and you will have your answer. Even here in the washington D C area you can't get those things fixed people spend a fortune once or twice trying and end up throwing them away.

I think you're better off with Bosch than an Affinity. I also own an Affinity and have to disagree with Mr. Laundromat on this one. I suspect the Bosch will do a better job for you.
