How exciting!! Wishing all attendees good "traveling karma" and I'm looking forward to photos/video.

One question, Robert: In photo #4----what brand is the washer with the bottle of Wisk on the console? Is that a Wizard/Coronado? That's not "The Pig" from the video, is it?

And all the rest too.
Why don't y'all just move on down here to Cincinnati?

Have an 1140-rpm blast,
Dave

The machine in post #435149 looks like a Wards Signature. Boy, I'm as green with envy as the avocado Maytag is regarding all the great camaraderie, and washing fun that will be taking place tomorrow in Minneapolis. I'll be thinking of you all!

Koblenz also makes one. Though I just use mine for scrubbing the floors, but it did come with the wool polishing pads and it is two speed. Mine has a water tank on it for the scrubbing, but they also make one with just the motor and no tank.

I believe Oreck still makes one as well (floor buffer). Seems I saw one the last time I was in for my free tune-up.

I just sent this to Robert with a heavy heart:

It was bliss, at 6 p.m. last night, flying down the lake to Cleveland, the water all shiny and blue, the clouds to the north piled like layers of pillows, passed by my beach and house--right out of fantasia.

Only a half hour in the air. Then, then........Continental Flight 5897 from Cleveland to Minneapolis has been canceled. The plane was held in a Dallas thunderstorm.

Transferred to a Delta flight. The Con people printed me a ticket. Happy Happy Happy. Suddenly the computer showed the plane in take-off mode. Too late. Universal disbelief.

They said they could fly me out in the morning, but I was too brain zapped, and they flew me back to Buffalo free of charge , refunded the ticket, so I took another glorious trip up the lake, but I would much have preferred the sudsy clouds in the cabinet of the Super Unimatic 2.0.

I pray to the Gods of Aworg that you'll have another party and send my best to everyone. Oh to not be able to meet Geoff and Ben and Jon. What a shame. And see every one else again.

Man I wish I could take time off and come these wonderous machines. But alas, it just wasn't in the cards for this time.
I would give my left testicle to see even 1/2 those machines running. Get lots of pictures, and film, and hope every one has a great time. I know your host wouldn't let you have anything but.
Hugs,
David

Greetings to everybody from the Pacific Northwest! Sorry I couldn't make it this time - I'm sure it will be a great weekend for you all.

Robert, I'll look forward to meeting you and your partner another time - maybe Eddy and I could plan to make a visit together sometime.

Regards....Brad
