Thanks!!! This washer is a part of my childhood, because my grandmother had one like this and I always loved this Philco and I always dreamt to have one like this.
Some weeks ago I found a message on a website when a family sold this Philco and...I can't resist! I love this washer even because it seems so actually.. temperatures, hot & cold fill, big door hole, double action of wash, two different spin speed.. It's so amazing! And it wash and rinse perfectly! |

I always wondered why the European brands that were divisions of the American brands ,or somehow connected with them, made their washers, dryers, and dishwashers with stainless steel as oposed to the porcelain on steel for interiors and cylinders??? Was or is there some law in Europe and Asia that does not allow the porcelain interiors or is that the case in the US???
