IGNIS!?!?!?

Gabri!!

How is it possibile that the pulley and the motor seem monstrusely to the Superautomatica pulley and to the Multiprogram motor?

Really a good machine, just to use and enjoy!
CIAO!

Complimenti Gabriele !!

Despite this machine is made in Italy, it has both hot and cold fill valves. Interesting that plenty of boilwash cycles (regular, long and no-iron). Does it have interim spins in the wool cycle like current frontloaders ? I've seen such thing in the Philco Combo .... they had the most modern cycle mindset

So Tuscany is not the best place for excellent aged wines ... now also for nice aged frontloaders :)

Thanks!!! This washer is a part of my childhood, because my grandmother had one like this and I always loved this Philco and I always dreamt to have one like this.
Some weeks ago I found a message on a website when a family sold this Philco and...I can't resist!
I love this washer even because it seems so actually.. temperatures, hot & cold fill, big door hole, double action of wash, two different spin speed.. It's so amazing! And it wash and rinse perfectly!

Philco

Great photos of the Philco. My Aunty had a Bendix washer like the Philco. I use to love watching the machine on was, so quiet.

It had a filter, that required cleaning quite a lot, more so when she washed towels.

I always wondered why the European brands that were divisions of the American brands ,or somehow connected with them, made their washers, dryers, and dishwashers with stainless steel as oposed to the porcelain on steel for interiors and cylinders??? Was or is there some law in Europe and Asia that does not allow the porcelain interiors or is that the case in the US???
