Well I got some pics of the Hotpoint and its a pretty machine I think. They have quite alot of old dishwashers. There is One G.E. I have never seen its OLD and it has the intake in the rear but NOT offset and its round. They have another G.E. that has the tower but its fixed I think, unless it was broke it looked very odd.The G.E. I have seen all have pop up tower's but this one was kinda like a Frigidaire on the rack but was Flat on top and the wholes were on the side.Andrew mentioned the metal wash arm and would a 1984-85 Magic Chief dishwasher is that a G.E.?We have one in a at the farm in the lake house it's a very small cottage it's not mine it's my Moms. The Dishwasher has about 6 buttons on the front and a dial and a overhead wash arm that's small but I have never heard a Louder dishwasher and you can here that tower or something hit the door with water. It's still there but Magic chief was Maytag right I live in Tenn and there Factory was in Cleveland.I haven't made up my mind which one, I am leaning to G.E. cause I am going to put another pump in it already got it cheap off Ebay.Yes I want to blow the doors off the front or give some tree huger a heart attack(No offense).I have even did a do it yourself hard food disposer for it using a Frigidare Gallery main wash pump married to a Kitchenaid dishwasher grinder.I love reading Patents gives me so many ideas.I did'nt know that the 86 K-A dishwasher grinder and was also a pump.I have even improved my Power-clean dishwasher by redoing the holes in it and I replaced the top arm with a G.E. Triton arm.
