Most likely a Hotpoint, slight chance it could be a JC Penney version of said brand.

That dryer is huge!
OK......, why is the knob missing?
Set it and forget it, why play with the knob in another room?

It's basically this dryer, the Hotpoint version of the GE Big-Boy dryer. If you're thinking about buying it, I would:

If you are thinking about buying it, you should be aware that if it is like the other lg. cap HP dryers, all of the wires are yellow. It is impossible to trace wires by color if there is any trouble.

I don't have a place to put it right now. It caught my attention because it reminded me of a big-door GE but the handle didn't look right.
