Look to be in good shape

That looks exactly like the set we had before we "upgraded" to the front-loader set in 2000. I wish now that we'd kept it for backup use. Now I know better!

Interesting that the owner actually seems to know what they have and described them fairly accurately.

That is the 23721 washer - THE most popular model of the last line of belt-drives. The dryer is the same model as mine from what I can see. The next model up in the washer had five levels instead of three, and the next model down did not have the auto. temperature control. The next dryer up had SoftHeat.

A very common set - I would be interested to know if someone buys them for $150.

I had a very similar set when I got married in 1981. My dad bought 'em for us. I don't remember much about the machines,which surprises me 'cause I loves me some BD's!
