my fanny

Well, actually OUR FANny. That big gray thing with the 3 square 'shovel' fan blades. When I was a kid,my dad put one just like it exhausting out a basement window. With the upstairs windows open, that thing would draw a pretty good breeze in. Had a very serious, low speed,'chopping' the air sound that was comforting.(like woo-woo)

Wow! A real treasure trove there!! I would have been very rude and tried to sneak that Hotpoint dishwasher out of there! Or that turquoise fridge (looked like an early 60s Frigidaire to me...). I admire your resolve to not have brought anything home!!
OH, and I spied a Mixmaster Junior in chrome there - I have beaters for it if you or anyone else wanted to pair them up with this mixer...

A mid-fifties Kenmo.

If memory serves me, I believe what is called a "frogeye" washer and the matching dryer is there also. Kenmore I believe.
That dishwasher is going home with Chris, you should have seen the puddle of drool when he found it. lol

I did find the baby brother to my '55 GE fridge. I had no clue that made fridges that small back then. It was cute as hell and an exact match. Also found a '30s ( I believe) Kelvinator belt drive fridge that was to die for. My wife was a little po'd that I didn't bring home the GE.
looked like an early 60s Frigidaire to me.
Turquoisdude you hit the nail on the head, it is a '60s Frigidaire

Mark

I love that Magic Chef range. A friend of mine had one just like it. With the short legs on them they look like something out of Betty Boop that could start dancing around the kitchen.

I don't think I've ever seen so many monitor tops under one roof. There are a number of fridges there that I'd love to have.

gray fan

That fan with the three square shovel blades is a "Homart Cooler" fan from "Sears". My parents have one that I dragged out of the shop attic about 10 years ago. I cleaned it up, oiled the motor with "Zoom Spout", greased the fan shaft pulley, and put a new belt and cord on it. We put it in a window at one end of the patio and then opened a couple of windows at the other end and turned it on. It made a nice breeze on low and a big one on high. We can turn it on high, open the back door on the patio to the inside of the house and it can cool the inside of the house in no time. Ours has about a four inch badge in the middle of the front screen that covers the fan pulley. Great fan.
