I saw this washer on Craigslist for free and am going for it. Does anybody have an idea of the age of it or have any other information about it? Looks pretty cool, and don't want to see it go for scrap. Hope I get it!

Sort of vintage

This looks like an early 80's model, with the perf tub. The top has a ridge around it. The solid tub SQ's had a completely flat top, and a sideways-mounted lid (except for the really early models).

I would guess late 70s or early 80s from seeing other models on here and YouTube.

There use to be one of these on Youtube, but I cant find it anymore...was titled Speed Queen color load.

looks '81or newer

'81-mid'80s perforated tub,i have two '84s-great machines
they have a nice long stroke,SStub,(at least on mine)-4 vane
agitator,etc.
-grab it!
