This one came from the original owners basement. It was sitting next to the one that replaced it, a Green 60's Kenmore! which was sitting next to the empty spot where I was told there was a 90's Kenmore! (it had been sold)
I did NOT plug it in, but did check the underneath of the washer, and after cleaning off some filthy cobwebs it looks pretty clean, and has little to no rust on the bottom edges.
I turned the pulley by hand and the trans appears to be free as well as the motor, but the belt just slides across the water pump pully, and it doesn't turn. So that will need some work to free up. This washer has been unused for about 40 years so i'm sure it will need a good checking out before use.
Anyhow, I thought someone who is more into the early Whirlpool/Kenmore machines would appreciate this. I am more into late 50's 60's stuff.
So, If anyone is interested, I might be willing to trade for a Frigidaire washer from the 60's or something TOL from that era working or not.
Oh, The model is 110-93544 and the Serial is 28433 So is it a '49 or a '52? (I'm not sure from the serial#)

Seeburg Entertainer

 Your jukebox or theirs?

I'm a home jukebox user, too. I've got a Rowe/AMi R-92 Combo. It can make you a bad neighbor, but sounds amazing. Jukeboxes are built to play over noisy bars, so the sound (not strictly hi-fi) is just larger than life in a home!

I have had just about every Seeburg model from the LPC1 up to the SMC1. My favorites are the STD2 "Entertainer" and the APFEA1 "Discotheque". All I have left are those two mentioned, and a semi custom FC1 "Regency" once owned by Seeburgs President.

I'd like to have the black model of Seeburg SCD-1. It sounds good, looks 80s-tastic, and is available pretty cheaply. I just don't have room for more.

I absolutely love that machine, and I hear you about the non-hi-fi, but loud as heck! It needs some restoration and the coin acceptor and associated parts. Right now it is locked into free play, which I am not too happy about. Love it though. Next I want a 1015.

Not hi-fi

 I know that mine, like many 80s models has huge bass. That means that music like rap and power ballads sounds absolutely amazing, but some just doesn't quite cut it. I have an RCA Red Seal classical disc in it just for the humor value. Here's a vid of it in action.

Yes, it sure did get crossed up!
Getting back to the original topic now, going by the model and serial# in the first post, is this a '52?
Also, I just noticed it has two pumps. Both of course are seized. What is the best way to go with freeing them up? WD40? Or a warm water soak? On the 60's Whirlpools that I have worked on in the past, When that happened, I would break them free with a pair of pliers over a junk piece of radiator hose on the pulley. If they leaked afterward, I changed the pump. But in this case, I don't want to destroy something that may be no longer available.

This would be a suds saver! That is what the second pump is for. You can remove the pumps and try soaking the bearings in oil but I doubt that will work. The pumps would need a total rebuild.

I thought the WP/KM people had perfected the single reversing pump for suds-returns from Day One. What a story this would be to tell, whoever knows it.

Are the pumps the same size? Wiring nightmare?

There can't be many of these left in existence, so I decided to not do anything to this machine as far as repairs. It will be going to a more experienced collector on this forum that will be able to truly appreciate it!
