This is really unsettling and I would be livid.
On a side note, we always turn the water off/on when using the our Whirlpool top loader. Always got into the habit of turning off the water after using it just for the sake of safety. Can you get to or reach the on/off spigot to be on the safe side? Hope you get this resolved...fast! |
