We had similar Lady Kenmore portable in avocado when I was a kid. It looks like it's a year or two older than the one we had...by 1977 the buttons were more traditionally square.

IIRC it had a 3 level wash system, pulverizor blade, sani-cycle along with the regular ones. It washed like a son-of-a gun even without an advanced filtering system because it changed the water so many times. It had as many fill periods on Normal as the newer D&M designs do on Pots and Pans (and that much better washing ability)

These models even had a fan assisted drying cycle. With amply hot water, a no heat dry produced dry dishes at the end of cycle.
