Nice work there Seamus & Matt, is there any difference on the cotton programmes to the A3008?? spins / rinses etc?? now for the matching dryer...

Very intersting why Hoover changed to this mechanism, you can see the logic of the store being on the top as the swing timeline arm takes up a bit of room!!

Cheers, Mike

Programme times....

seamusuk's profile picture
Hey Mike

The standard cotton programme times are quite a bit longer on the A3112 than your A3008 according to the programme charts for both- both models use the Orange Keyplate for the normal programmes.

1/95Deg A3008 80 mins A3112 108 mins
2/60Deg A3008 60 mins A3112 85 mins
5/40Deg A3008 45 mins A3112 70 mins

The special programmes are also a lot longer!

Oddly these times are based on a fill temp of 50Deg Hot and 15Deg cold. Mine is connected to cold only and these times are pretty accurate still.

Seamus

Will check rinse numbers in a bit- mine has 3 on all programmes I believe.
