They are mid-'70's. Notice the dials and the gold trim at the bottom of the (dashboard :),). Even though Coppertone had fallen out of fashion by the mid-'70's, one could still order different colors to go with his older decor. The outside would be Coppertone, while the inside would have the newer design.
Too bad they aren't 806's. The price would have gone through the roof. It seems like 806's are much more plentiful out there. I guess people had more money for those type of things. I want a set so badly, I can taste it. I have all the service manuals and pictures of what I want, but no machines to use them on. You take care. Brian p.s. I don't know if you have an interest in dishwashers, or not, but I'll be posting some pics of a KDS-20, I reconded in May of this year. I've found two at the Habitat store in the last 5 years. alamboy is pretty interested. I think he's got recon potential. |
