HELP!!
The family is threatening an intervention... they just don't understand :)

I am painfully and grudgingly parting with things others see no value in keeping as we remodel'The Shop', which my son says will never be known as anything else, regardless of what the building eventually becomes...

The family has informed me that the time for "as soon as I get a chance" to do something about this has come and gone :)

From a former family-owned, service-only shop, originally opened in 1959 by my uncle and later run by me from the mid 70's to late 80's, and then again part-time by the founder, until his passing about 10 years ago:

I have a quantity of mixed-make parts and an extensive collection of vintage service information; this includes fairly complete Frigidaire and Whirlpool manual sets, plus a number of other makes, mostly from late 1950's through the 1970's, some 80's, etc... a few old special appliance tools...

No, I do NOT think I'm 'sitting on a gold mine'...
I just want these things to go where they can be appreciated and hopefully utilized... need to have it go as a complete lot; can send photos to those interested; I'm guesstimating around a fairly empty regular service van size load :)Located in rural western NY, near the PA line, in zip code 14895.
If it's worth something to someone who deals in such things in quantity, great. If not, I still need to move it all, ASAP

As for how soon, of course the family says last week would be good, but a couple of months ago would have been better...

It realistically has gotten to the point where keeping it is now interfering every day with more important things

I also have a vintage Whirlpool Combo which I will post more info on later... and a 1950's Frigidaire Refrigerator, which I have been using, and may keep.

I'm down to the last minute of final spin...

Whirlpool Combo

Very Interested in the Whirlpool Combo, been looking for one a long time. Is it Gas or Electric 33" or the standard later model starting in 1961. If it is in nice shape I Will be very fair on the price. Please call asap. 612-845-7599. Thank You Kenny (also would like owners manual on combo)
