Ok, So I moved into this old house in Bemidji, Minnesota (pronounced "Brrrrmidji" - because it's cold up here). She had a set of Lady Kemores in the basement. I've been dreaming about cleaning them up and selling them, but haven't had time. Now, I want them out of the basement to clean it up. I believe they were working up until the time the previous owners installed a new laundry upstairs. When I plug them in, I can get the flourescent lights to come on, and the machine starts whatever cycle it's set to. I only ran it for a second, because water/sew are no longer hooked up down there. These two are nice units. They probably have never been cleaned, but other than that, should not need any restoration. I am posting here because I know you guys love this stuff.
Here are the specs:
Washer: Sears Lady Kenmore Heavy Duty Washer Model 21900 Series with Veriflex, Model # 110-7104903G
Dryer: Sears Lady Kenmore Heavy Duty Dryer with Solid State Electronic Sensor, Automatic Press Care, Lint Signal (?) Model # 110-7108900G00

Ok, here's the deal, the first one to bring up a couple big guys to carry these out of the basement can take them home for free:)

Went to College in Bemidji, was planning a trip up anyway, why not go home with a token from one of my favorite towns? Does Fri work? Don

Don, not sure what you meant by "does Fri work?" - Rememeber, I am a newbie. Is that some part of the washer or dryer that you are talking about, or did you mean to say "does the drier work?"

Nope, I was asking if I could pick them up on Fri. (does Fri work for you?) Would be a fun trip up to Bemidji.

Got it clear now, boy do I feel like a dope - I replied to your eamil, this weekend would work. You'll need a couple of stong guys, because the stairway to the basement is pretty tight. The W & D will fit, but it will have to be carried.

Wow, Don I'm thrilled you are saving this set. Certainly worth a 5 hour drive north for those babies! Beautiful set, can't wait to see them in person.
